General
A paralegal works under the supervision of an attorney and cannot work independently. A Licensed Legal Document Preparer, like myself, is certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to work directly with the public. I can prepare legal documents at your direction without the oversight of an attorney — but I cannot give legal advice or represent you in court.
I prepare a wide range of documents, including deeds, estate planning documents, powers of attorney, probate documents, guardianship and conservatorship paperwork, business formation filings such as LLCs and corporations, and simple eviction documents, such as eviction notice and eviction complaints.
